Senior Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Las Vegas, NV)

Clearpath Orchard Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Las Vegas with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Senior Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Explain our services around collection routes clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling collection routes. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
