Senior Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Knoxville, TN)

Summit Junction Press produces print and digital publications in Knoxville, and we need a Senior Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around print quotes clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling print quotes. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
