Senior Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Knoxville, TN)

Nova Ember Staffing is looking for a Senior Sales Representative. The job centres on renewals and upsell for retention, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Explain our services around retention clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling retention.
