Senior Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Kansas City, MO)

Harborlight Fox Insurance is an insurance company in Kansas City with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Senior Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. You would join a large organisation of about 622 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around underwriting files clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling underwriting files. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
