Senior Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Kansas City, MO)

Redstone Quarry Farms Partners is an agricultural business based around Kansas City, and we need a Senior Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around field records clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling field records. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
