Senior Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Jacksonville, FL)

Nova Glen Facilities is a facilities company in Jacksonville with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Senior Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around supply orders clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling supply orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
