Senior Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Jackson, MS)

We are growing our team at Nova Cedar Hospitality and adding a Senior Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be renewals and upsell. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around food costs clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling food costs. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Jackson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
