Senior Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Indianapolis, IN)

Stonegate Lakeside Arts Center is an arts centre in Indianapolis with a full calendar of events, and we need a Senior Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around ticketing clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling ticketing. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
