Senior Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Indianapolis, IN)

Bright Sparrow Farms is an agricultural business based around Indianapolis. We are hiring a Senior Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around packing house output clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling packing house output. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
