Senior Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Houston, TX)

Greenridge Sparrow Farms is an agricultural business based around Houston, and we need a Senior Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Explain our services around field records clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling field records. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
