Senior Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Honolulu, HI)

Northwind Ivory Banking Services is looking for a Senior Sales Representative. The job centres on renewals and upsell for card disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Explain our services around card disputes clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling card disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
