Senior Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Hartford, CT)

Northwind Clear Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near Hartford. We are hiring a Senior Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around harvest schedules clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling harvest schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Hartford, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
