Senior Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Grand Rapids, MI)

Fernwood West Energy Group delivers power and gas plans across the Grand Rapids region. We are hiring a Senior Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. You would join a large organisation of about 944 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around billing disputes clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling billing disputes. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
