Senior Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Grand Rapids, MI)

Fernwood Keystone Inspection Services is an inspection company in Grand Rapids with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring a Senior Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Explain our services around test reports clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling test reports. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
