Senior Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Fort Worth, TX)

Ironwood Maple Financial serves customers across Fort Worth with accounts, loans and payments, and we need a Senior Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around regulatory reports clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling regulatory reports. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
