Senior Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Fort Worth, TX)

Bluepeak River Staffing is looking for a Senior Sales Representative. The job centres on renewals and upsell for onboarding, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 620 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around onboarding clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling onboarding. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
