Senior Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Fort Worth, TX)

Northwind River Press produces print and digital publications in Fort Worth, and we need a Senior Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. You would join a small organisation of about 20 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around paper stock clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling paper stock. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
