Senior Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Fort Worth, TX)

Harborlight Summit Insurance is an insurance company in Fort Worth with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Senior Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. You would join a large organisation of about 455 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around customer complaints clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling customer complaints. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
