Senior Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (El Paso, TX)

Highbridge Thistle Press produces print and digital publications in El Paso, and we need a Senior Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. You would join a small organisation of about 32 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around bindery work clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling bindery work. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
