Senior Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Dallas, TX)

Stonegate Haven Insurance Group provides coverage to households and businesses around Dallas, and we need a Senior Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around underwriting files clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling underwriting files. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Dallas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
