Bright Fern Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Colorado Springs. We are hiring a Senior Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around housekeeping schedules clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling housekeeping schedules.
