Senior Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Cleveland, OH)

Nova Corner Markets serves neighbourhoods around Cleveland with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring a Senior Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. You would join a large organisation of about 747 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Explain our services around promotions clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling promotions. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
