Senior Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Cleveland, OH)

Clearpath Orchard Energy Group supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Cleveland, and we need a Senior Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around outage response clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling outage response. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
