Senior Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Cleveland, OH)

Foxglove Drift Hospitality is a hospitality company in Cleveland with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Senior Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. You would join a large organisation of about 469 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around supplier orders clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling supplier orders. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
