Senior Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Cleveland, OH)

Stonegate Timber Construction is a Cleveland contractor with project managers, trades and support staff, and we need a Senior Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around permits clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling permits. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
