Senior Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Cleveland, OH)

Foxglove Timber Financial is looking for a Senior Sales Representative. The job centres on renewals and upsell for payment disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Explain our services around payment disputes clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling payment disputes. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
