Senior Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Cleveland, OH)

Cedar Pike Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Cleveland, and we need a Senior Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Explain our services around regulatory reports clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling regulatory reports. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
