Senior Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Cleveland, OH)

Rivermark Fern Telecom Group provides broadband and phone service around Cleveland. We are hiring a Senior Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. You would join a small organisation of about 59 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around billing accounts clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling billing accounts. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
