Senior Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Cleveland, OH)

Fernwood Basin Foods Group is a Cleveland food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring a Senior Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around allergen controls clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling allergen controls. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
