Senior Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Cincinnati, OH)

Bluepeak Oak Facilities is a facilities company in Cincinnati with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring a Senior Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. You would join a large organisation of about 622 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Explain our services around work orders clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling work orders. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
