Senior Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Charlotte, NC)

Rivermark Rook Markets Group is a Charlotte retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering. We are hiring a Senior Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. You would join a large organisation of about 447 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around store inventory clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling store inventory. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
