Senior Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Boise, ID)

Greenridge Ivory Hospitality is a hospitality company in Boise with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Senior Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around reviews and feedback clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling reviews and feedback. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
