Senior Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Boise, ID)

Redstone North Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Boise, and we need a Senior Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. You would join a small organisation of about 126 people based in Boise. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around subcontractor invoices clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling subcontractor invoices. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
