Senior Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Birmingham, AL)

Clearpath Umber Foods is a Birmingham food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring a Senior Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. You would join a small organisation of about 99 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around customer specifications clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling customer specifications. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Birmingham. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
