Senior Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Baltimore, MD)

We are growing our team at Silverline Cedar Hospitality and adding a Senior Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be renewals and upsell. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around housekeeping schedules clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling housekeeping schedules. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
