Senior Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Baltimore, MD)

Bluepeak Clear Freight is a Baltimore logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch. We are hiring a Senior Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Explain our services around claims clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling claims. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
