Senior Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Austin, TX)

Lumen Loom Markets is a Austin retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering, and we need a Senior Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. You would join a small organisation of about 64 people based in Austin. What you will do • Explain our services around pricing clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling pricing. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Austin, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
