Senior Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Austin, TX)

Nova Rook Markets Group operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Austin, and we need a Senior Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. You would join a small organisation of about 16 people based in Austin. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around online orders clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling online orders. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Austin, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
