Senior Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Austin, TX)

Bluepeak Corner Medical is looking for a Senior Sales Representative. The job centres on renewals and upsell for complaint handling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Austin. What you will do • Explain our services around complaint handling clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling complaint handling. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
