Senior Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Austin, TX)

Foxglove Glen Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Austin, and we need a Senior Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Austin. What you will do • Explain our services around cleaning schedules clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling cleaning schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Austin, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
