Senior Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Austin, TX)

Summit Ember Staffing is a Austin staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring a Senior Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. You would join a small organisation of about 101 people based in Austin. What you will do • Explain our services around temp assignments clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling temp assignments. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
