Senior Sales Representative - local business accounts (Tucson, AZ)

Foxglove Iron Insurance Group is an insurance company in Tucson with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Senior Sales Representative to take on local business accounts. You would join a small organisation of about 163 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around policy renewals clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling policy renewals. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
