Senior Sales Representative - local business accounts (San Jose, CA)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Maple Staffing and adding a Senior Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be local business accounts. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around timekeeping clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling timekeeping. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
