Senior Sales Representative - local business accounts (San Jose, CA)

Summit Birch Inspection Services is an inspection company in San Jose with field technicians and lab staff, and we need a Senior Sales Representative to lead our local business accounts. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around field inspections clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling field inspections. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
