Senior Sales Representative - local business accounts (San Diego, CA)

Lumen Harbor Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in San Diego with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Senior Sales Representative to take on local business accounts. You would join a large organisation of about 754 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Explain our services around recycling loads clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling recycling loads. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
