Senior Sales Representative - local business accounts (Rochester, NY)

Bluepeak Fern Arts Center is looking for a Senior Sales Representative. The job centres on local business accounts for volunteer programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 176 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around volunteer programmes clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling volunteer programmes. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
