Senior Sales Representative - local business accounts (Rochester, NY)

Lumen Stone Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Rochester focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Senior Sales Representative to lead our local business accounts. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around billing accounts clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling billing accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Rochester, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
