Senior Sales Representative - local business accounts (remote)

Ironwood Amber Medical Group builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Boise. We are hiring a Senior Sales Representative to take on local business accounts. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around production lots clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling production lots. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
