Senior Sales Representative - local business accounts (remote)

Ironwood Rowan Foods Group is a Tucson food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need a Senior Sales Representative to lead our local business accounts. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around production batches clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling production batches. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
