Senior Sales Representative - local business accounts (remote)

Lumen Oak Farms is looking for a Senior Sales Representative. The job centres on local business accounts for seasonal crews, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around seasonal crews clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling seasonal crews. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
